I booked 1 year full page advertisement in Khadayata Jyoti for my company - Gloscon at Rs. 1200 per ad at standard rate without discounts. I paid for full 10 months in advance even before a single ad getting printed.

After 10 months, they increased the price. Even though I had booked and paid in advance and given a commitment of 1 year, I was slapped a bill with higher rate for last 2 ads. They increased the pricing to Rs. 300. I paid whatever amount they wanted me to pay up.

While its not a matter of Rs. 300 as every penny will be used for the benefit of the community but the way this was managed makes me nervous.

I have pulled back all future advertising in Khadayata Jyoti as I think they are far from being professionals here.

Earlier too, they have goofed up on the printing quality, ad placement, printing duplicate ads, etc.

Someone needs to cleanup the mess - big time. This site gets a lot of negative feedback on Khadayata Jyoti from its members on an ongoing basis.
