How can we see our younger generation using this site more often
Pls suggest features that will allow younger generation to come back to this site regularly and participate more actively in community building.
On point #5 - Do we really need to segregate the caste further in Ekdas? If we do so, every Ekda will end up with approx avg 25,000 community. Not a lot can be done. Best is to have us as "Khadayatas" - Ekdas were not there when our community was established and as people started moving out they created Ekdas based on their origins. How with globalization and internet the world has become a small place. We seriously need to get Rid of Ekdas and use the power of our massive community. If we all work in interest of entire community, we will become very powerful force in society.
Common survey is highly needed in person in gift distribution function of next comming Icchaben ni Wadi for making demand for online work for khadayta, if young generation aware of such things may contribute their time to society, i do n't remember that apart from price distribution function and marriage buro any young generation gethered in single platform and marriage buro main focus for life settings so ideal case is only the price distribution function for encouragement of young.
One common platform group for encouragement can be made area wise who's age limit is below 50 years and must retaired after 50 years becoz if old age persons not leave from chair the next genration became lazy to work.
committee should be distributed for any projects like below.
Members group for Child ....... involved teachers and professors.
Age group young ....... from 18 years to 50 years.
Age group all allowed ....... any age.
joint three group can get their views in sealed packed views and among them from discussion the majority decision should be granted.
some basic questions for the shortfall in Khadayta Samaj....
[1] I could not find any member below 40 years in any comittee if there it should be in minority and a nearest related to some old
age fellow mostly in - active.
[2] not having suggestion box at any location of khadayta wadi, bhuvan or any thing, if there only 50 paise postcard i trust more then the courier for late but not last indian post for at least saying thanks for suggestions.
[3] suggestions box should be open in general only. i.e. suggestion box for youger's problem should open in price distribution function., suggestions for marriage is open and discussed in mariage buro, suggestions for old age people should be discussed in all laughing club of gujarat which mostly runned under a chain system of one or two respective guide in ahmedabad.
Expansion views ....... what next ........... must be given in saparate column in khadayta jyoti just like Talk of the Town Today in News paper one saparate page for discussion forum.

[1] Only 810 users of this site....... how encourage..... write your view to khadayta jyoti and force him to allote one page for discussion any how.......
[2] how c.k. chatralaya became a role model for students the opposite side chhachi bhavan an ideal role model for student residence for all Chhachi Students only gap is opposite side or opposite views........ discuss how we can be like that......
[3] Mauhdi ---- expansion views ---- can we encourage child picnic for NADIAD, KAPADVANJ, KHEDA, AHMEDABAD,BARODA, SURAT with
win .... win approaches for Kotiyarak Mandir Maudhi......
i.e. each month one picnic should be arrange from different place and it should also with Rs.50/- more for development of kotiyark mandir maudhi...... vision is clear fun with development and transarancy should be 100% if so no one can break it to develop because in today's age every one needs the weekend fun and it is an ideal place to develop like development,devote to god and ideal symbol of Khadayta Samaj... think positive we can plan for the same...........and the expansion would be noted agains all major clubs or narayani farm or rajwadu if visualised truly because we have resources only have to utilize it even if i approach SANKALP they willing to work for south indian food in Kotiyark becoz it's true need for all visitor's at Maudhi and Kotiyark and it's also need for us for better development think positive and grab opportunity before some else will take this.....
many more discussion boards if one page is alloted to khadyata jyoti and we devote some time........
time will give the answers for such things.

All suggestions are very good. Since the older generation is reluctant to implement it, why don't we the new generation do it?
May be online chatting facility. If it is so can touch with each other through this website.
Give the Young ones themselves to connect to the people of their generation by guiding them not forcing the rules to do the same.
Even topics which makes them interested, related to "anything".
And last but not least giving them the space they need to make the friends in the community
