Any business will flourish if it has young dynamic entrepreneurs. Our Khadayata Organizations are all working on "Social Upliftment" and giving aid to needy. I don't believe in that.
If you give aid to people, they will become lazy and not have ambitions in life. I also do not believe one should give huge donations in temples and samsthas. Those who give are doing it so that their "Photos" come in Magazines and community notices that they have so much money.. yada..yada. Then they take on Chair person's role of a samstha and have all "Yes" men following them. All our samstha's are directionless.
It is time when Khadayata Community Youth comes togather and pledges that we will work hard, support each other and create a thriving business community.
In first of its kind event, we are planning to have no-nonsense serious entrepreneurs meetup in Ahmedabad on 8th August 2010.
Purpose :
a) Networking opportunity between Khadayata Businesses
b) Job Seekers to find out who is hiring in Khadayata Community
c) To mentor young entrepreneurs to plunge in business
d) Business Opportunities/ Partnership Opportunities within community
e) Setting up a group of Angel Investors/Mentors who will invest in startups from Khadayata Youth.

We have got over 70 job/internship opportunities announced. Everyone who has followed up for a job has landed one in our community. We only found few job seekers.
Idea is now to take this event to Nadiad in 2 to 3 months where we will get more job seekers.
Yes, this portal has to someday be self sufficient, but before charging members, we have to show value first. Till then, I am ok to continue to invest in it.

Khadayata Entrepreneurs meetup seems to getting a very good response.
I'm currently working on a venue that can accommodate 60 guests. Today on 25th May, we have 20 confirmations and 16 (maybe attending). That makes it 36. Those attending may also be bringing their family/kids along. This means that most likely we may need a venue that can accommodate more than 60. The event is almost 2.5 months away and the sooner you help us know your confirmed status, the better for us in planning.
Here is what I would request you to do:
1) Please add 2 lines in event wall that gives more info about you, your industry and interest as well as number of guests you will bring along with you. If you want to present any topic ( 10 mins max), please add it here. (you can present on more than 1 topic). If you want to bring along your young kids, please add them too and I'll see if we can have special sessions for children to help them think different. Also classify yourself as one or more of the following (Founder/Funder/Mentor/Student/Working Professional and Future Entrepreneur/Retired)

Intention here is to have a serious event conducted in highest professional way and lot of planning will be put in place to ensure that this First event is a huge success so we all can continue to meet periodically.

If the youth wants really to do something good than dont interrupt on the work done by elders dont protest it just do wat u like and want to do by informing and taking their guidance but not by blaming and showing their faults as they are present generation who are running the organization and will feel hurtful if done so.I kindly request no to do so.And if anyone really wants to help needy than gather all of them who wants to and who need the help at one place and make a point of group discussion for the each topic and gathering the suggestions form all the participants and and together taking the step so no one can easily stop the progress of the person and the community unity will also increase bringing in the trust on each other than just being the part as forced to be and having the fun as well good work towards a certain goal all-together

I am congratulating for this type of unique event & putting first step for creating wealth of Khadayatas.
World is very fast & I am giving you unique example of that misscarrage of Pager replaced mobile, Misscarrage of Data Card replaced by Plug to surf. This is technology updates.
Sameway everythings changing. And donation of Interest will not grow the community. Basically to grow community it is necessary to give knowledge everybody. Only bank balances of mandals will not work.
I am objecting the present procedure of giving money for education. Basically we are treating in wrong manner. If you will go to bank then how they will pay you money? Sameway we will have to make system in our Organisations. As on today many people were not paid their dues back even they are in position to do so. Why?
