Wish all my Khadayata Friends a very happy and prosperous 2011. My predictions for 2011 for our community.

1) We will have UID project kicked off with data entry, validation done for at least 1 town
2) We will see lot more business mentoring within community
3) We will see more community youth getting actively involved in community development
4) We will explore synergies to work within community businesses and promote community businesses
5) Khadayataonline.com will organize a mega matrimonial event in 2011 with Video Profile of candidates put on website taking matrimonials to a new level.
6) Various Khadayata Samsthas will start joining our online efforts
7) We will create young leaders who will contest future municipal and state elections. We will identify few leaders this year.
8) Khadayata Entrepreneurs meet will have at least 2 events in 2011 and establish firm footing with other chapters getting launched.
9) Small Kids in community will be groomed to be future leaders. In one of the entrepreneurs meet in 2011, we will promote this concept of 'Financial Park' where kids and parents will brainstorm business ideas and budgeting 10) We will have One khadayata mantra get prominence. "Khadayata" Stickers will be launched which people can place on back of their cars and outside their homes for our unique identity.
